Who we are
This site is operated by Trentosapori, VAT 02395490226, registered office Via Alto Adige 122, 38121 Trento (TN), Italy.
Subject
Trentosapori produces handmade cookies customised with the customer's logo, made to order. This site presents the service and collects quote requests. It is not an online store: orders are finalised by email, after approval of the free mockup and personalised quote.
Order procedure
By filling out the configurator and submitting your request, you will receive within 24 working hours a graphic mockup and a quote by email. The order is finalised with your written confirmation of the quote. From that moment the indicated production and delivery times begin.
Prices
Prices start at €27/kg + VAT and vary based on shape, shortcrust, quantity and packaging. The dedicated stamp has a one-off cost of €69 + VAT: once paid, the stamp is your property and we keep it in our lab for your future orders at no extra cost. Any shipping costs are indicated in the quote.
Cookie shelf life
The cookies have a shelf life of up to 6 months from the baking date, kept in a cool and dry place, inside the unopened packaging. The exact baking date is always printed on the box.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Cookies are made to order and customised with the customer's logo: pursuant to Art. 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal as goods made to measure or clearly personalised. Warranty rights remain in case of defective or non-conforming product.
Jurisdiction
For relations with professional customers, the court of Trento has exclusive jurisdiction. For relations with consumers, the court of the consumer's residence or domicile applies, pursuant to Art. 33 of the Italian Consumer Code.
