What data we process
We process the data you voluntarily send us through this site: email address (quote request, newsletter subscription), cookie configuration (shape, shortcrust, quantity, packaging) and the content of any correspondence. We do not automatically collect any other identifying data.
Purposes and legal basis
We use your data to respond to your commercial request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR — pre-contractual measures) and, only if you subscribe, to send you the "Baker's Letter" newsletter (Art. 6.1.a GDPR — explicit consent via double opt-in). For the newsletter we keep timestamp and IP of confirmation as proof of consent.
Retention
Email from quote form: kept until reply or, if you become a customer, for the duration of the commercial relationship. Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe (link in every email). Customer tax records: 10 years as required by law.
Third-party services (data processors)
To handle forms and emails we use: Formspree (We Are Title Ltd, USA — quotes), Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France — newsletter), Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA — hosting). Extra-EU transfers occur under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights
