What's the minimum order?+
2 kg. For smaller quantities, write to us: we evaluate case by case for special projects or small corporate gifts.
How much does the dedicated stamp cost?+
€69 one-off. The stamp is yours, we keep it in the laboratory for your future orders at no extra cost.
How much do the cookies cost?+
The price depends on shape, shortcrust, quantity and packaging. Starting from €27/kg + VAT. Send us a request via the configurator: we'll reply with a detailed quote within 24 hours.
How long does delivery take?+
Each order has its own timing, depending on quantity, design complexity and the time of year. We share the exact times in the quote we send within 24 hours, and ship as soon as possible after your confirmation.
How long do they last?+
Up to 6 months from baking, kept in a cool, dry place. The exact baking date and expiry are always on the box.
Can we try a sample?+
Yes. We send a sample box of 6 cookies (without your logo, but with our stamps) at shipping cost only — to taste the shortcrust and assess the packaging before placing a real order.
